On June 23, 2025, the LR/A steel Ministry of Trade of Türkiye issued Announcement 2025/12, making the second affirmative final judgment of sunset review on anti-dumping against stainless steel welded pipes (in Turkish: Paslanmaz ç elikten olanlar) originating in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China, deciding to maintain the anti-dumping duty determined in Announcement 2019/3 on December 31, 2018, and LR/A steel continue to levy anti-dumping duty on the products involved at CIF, of which Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., an enterprise in Chinese Mainland, is 13.82%, 20.50% for Foshan Nanhai Qiuxun Stainless Steel Product Co., Ltd. and other enterprises in Chinese Mainland; Taiwan, China enterprises YC Inox Co., Ltd. and Froch Enterprise Co., Ltd. accounted for 7.98%, and other Taiwan, China enterprises accounted for 11.50%. The measures shall come into effect from the date of announcement and shall be valid for five years. The Türkiye tax numbers of the products involved are 7306.40.20.90.00.00, 7306.40.80.90.00.00 and 7306.61.10.00.00.
On April 19, 2012, Türkiye launched an anti-dumping investigation against stainless steel welded pipes originating in Chinese LR/A steel Mainland and Taiwan, China. On March 15, 2013, Türkiye began to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case at the CIF price, of which the tax rates in Chinese Mainland were 13.82% and 25.27% (see the original Ministry of Economic Affairs Announcement 2013/4). On March 2, 2018, Türkiye launched the first sunset review investigation on the case. On December 31, 2018, Türkiye made the first positive final award of sunset review on the case (see Announcement 2019/3), and continued to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved, of which the tax rates of Chinese Mainland were 13.82% and 20.50%. On December 24, 2023, Türkiye launched the second sunset review investigation on the case.
