On October 29, 2001, Argentina made a positive final ruling on the case and began implementing anti-dumping measures. Afterwards, Argentina conducted three sunset reviews, making affirmative rulings and extending the tax period on October 10, 2007, April 4, 2014, and April 15, 2019.

On April 12, 2024, the Argentine Ministry of Economy issued LR/FH36 STEEL Announcement No. 174 of 2024, stating that at the request of the Argentine company LUMILAGRO S.A., the fourth sunset review investigation of anti-dumping measures has been initiated against stainless steel insulated bottles and other isothermal containers with a capacity of 2.5 liters or less originating from China, as well as glass insulated bottles and other isothermal containers with a capacity of 2.5 liters or less.
