Al Gharbia Pipe, a leading welded LR/AH42 STEEL pipe manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates, achieved a new round of production breakthrough in June 2025. The cumulative shipment of high-grade and high-quality pipes reached 600000 tons that month, jumping from 500000 tons to this milestone in just three months.
In March of this year, Al Gharbia Pipe just completed the 500000 ton LR/AH42 STEEL production milestone in its annual strategic goal. Previously, in November 2024, the company had achieved 100% capacity utilization and fully implemented a three shift production mode to further improve capacity efficiency.
Al Gharbia Pipe is a joint venture established by Senaat (51% stake), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi government investment platform ADQ, Japan's JFE Steel LR/AH42 STEEL Company (27%), and Itochu Marubeni Iron and Steel (22%). According to data, the company has an annual production capacity of 400000 tons and produces high-end LSAW sulfur resistant steel pipes with an outer diameter of 18 to 60 inches and a wall thickness of 6 to 44.5 millimeters, which are widely used in the petroleum, natural gas, and petrochemical industries.
