On June 26, 2025, the Indian LR/FH32 STEEL Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that, in response to an application submitted by Vedanta Limited, a domestic enterprise in India, an anti-dumping mid-term review investigation will be initiated against Stainless steel Seamless Tubes&Pipes with a diameter of 6 inches or less originating from or imported from China. This LR/FH32 STEEL investigation is limited to the scope of the products involved in the case, and the following products are not within the scope of the products involved: high-quality threaded castings and pipes (known as OCTG in the market) manufactured using the "Seal Lock XD" process patented by HESPL. This case involves products under Indian customs code LR/FH32 STEEL 7304.
