On July 11, 2025, the Management BV/D620 steel Executive Committee of the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission (GECEX) issued resolution 758 of 2025, making a positive final judgment on the sunset review of anti-dumping for non oriented silicon steel (in Portuguese: laminados planos de a ç o aosil í cio, denominados magn é ticos, de gr ã os n ã o orientados (a ç o GNO)) originating in Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, China, South Korea BV/D620 steel and Germany, and deciding to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above countries and regions for five years, respectively, the Chinese Mainland 90.00-166.32 US dollars/ton, 0.00-166.32 US dollars/ton in South Korea, 90.00-166.32 US dollars/ton in Taiwan, China, China, and 166.32 US dollars/ton in Germany. See the attached table for tax details. The tax numbers of the products involved in the case in Nanjing BV/D620 steel are 7225.19.00 and 7226.19.00. This resolution shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
