The measures will take effect from July 6, 2025 and are valid for five years; Make a negative final ruling on the Indian BV/D500 steel products involved, decide not to impose anti-dumping duties on the Indian products involved and terminate the anti-dumping investigation; At the same time, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade signed Announcement No. 1958/QD-BCT, which does not accept price commitments proposed by China and India. On July 26, 2024, Vietnam BV/D500 steel initiated an anti-dumping investigation into hot-rolled coils originating from China and India. On February 21, 2025, Vietnam made a preliminary positive ruling on the case, imposing temporary anti-dumping duties ranging from 19.38% to 27.83% on the Chinese products involved; At the same time, the preliminary ruling does not impose temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved in India. On April 28, 2025, Vietnam revised the preliminary ruling of the case.
