In January 2024, the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) announced that it had initiated an expiration review of anti-dumping duties on some corrosion resistant steel HX160YD+ZA steel plates from China, Taiwan, China, India and South Korea. CBSA stated that a ruling will be made before June 13, 2024, and a statement will be issued before June 28, 2024.
At present, the antidumping tax rate on corrosion resistant steel plates in the above countries is 53.3% for China, 33.2% for Taiwan, China, 40% for India and 40% for South Korea HX160YD+ZA steel.
