This resolution sets forth an affirmative final anti-dumping determination regarding EMT steel conduits (Spanish: tubos MET Conduit) with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 3 inches, originating from China. On November 13, 2024, the Dominican Republic initiated an anti-dumping investigation into EMT steel pipes originating from China. On September 19, 2025, the Dominican Republic issued an affirmative preliminary determination in this case, preliminarily ruling to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 16%. These measures shall take effect on September 26, 2025, and remain in force for a period of four months, expiring on January 25, 2026.
