The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication.
On May 17, 2024, the European GL-E40 steel Commission announced that it had initiated an anti-dumping investigation into seamless steel pipes originating in China, in response to an application submitted by the European Steel Tube Association ('ESTA ') on April 2, 2024. The dumping investigation period of the case is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
