According to the document released by the Vietnamese GL-D36 steel Ministry of Industry and Trade on June 5, 2025, the investigation into anti-dumping measures against hot-rolled steel products originating in the Republic of India and the People's Republic of China (case number: AD20) will continue to evaluate and analyze the information and opinions provided by relevant parties. The investigation phase will end on July 5, 2025.
Previously, on July 26, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued GL-D36 steel decision No. 1985/QD-BCT to investigate anti-dumping measures against some hot-rolled steel products originating from the Republic of India and the People's Republic of China (case number: AD20). On February 21, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 460/QD-BCT based on the preliminary conclusion of the investigation agency, imposing temporary anti-dumping duties on some hot-rolled steel GL-D36 steel products.
