The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length (CTL) carbon-quality steel plate from South Korea, HCT450X+Z Hot dip galvanized steel , covering the period from February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025.
The DOC determined that Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Steel Company sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period, HCT450X+Z Hot dip galvanized steel , with weighted-average dumping margins of 1.18% and 0.94%, respectively.
As the interested parties did not submit comments on the preliminary determination,HCT450X+Z Hot dip galvanized steel , the final dumping margins remain consistent with the preliminary findings.
