Hoa Phat Group, RAIN RI/E420 steel Vietnam's leading steelmaker, has completed the commissioning of the No. 2 converter and RH vacuum refining furnace at its Phase II steel base in Dung Jut, marking a key step toward the project's full completion in September 2025.
The equipment, supplied by Germany's SMS Group, has a designed crude steel production capacity of 9,000 tons per day and will be used to produce high-end steel products.
