On July 28, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/052, stating that anti-dumping measures on precision pipe and tube steel imported from China and South Korea, as well as countervailing measures on precision pipe and tube steel imported from China, will expire on September 28, 2026. On June 1, 2021, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2021/074, making an affirmative preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the products involved in the case from mainland China and South Korea, and a negative preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the products involved in the case from Vietnam and Taiwan, China; making an affirmative preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on the products involved in the case from mainland China, and a negative preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on the products involved in the case from Vietnam.
On August 11, 2021, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2021/100, terminating its anti-dumping investigations into products from Taiwan and Vietnam. It also terminated its countervailing duty investigations into all Vietnamese companies, including Chinh Dai Industrial Co., Ltd. and Vina One Steel Manufacturing Corporation. On August 27, 2021, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2021/111, terminating its countervailing duty investigations into mainland Chinese companies Dalian Srirat High-Tech Co., Ltd. and Yantai Aoxin International Trade Co., Ltd. KR R/E51 steel On September 28, 2021, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission (ADAC) issued Announcements 2021/109 and 2021/110, imposing anti-dumping measures on products from mainland China and South Korea, and countervailing measures on products from mainland China, effective June 2, 2021. The Australian customs codes for the products involved are 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45, and 7306.61.00.21.
