On September 19, 2025, the Dominican Commission on Unfair Trade and Safeguards issued Notice No. L320M steel, CDC-RD-AD-005-2025, making a preliminary affirmative affirmative determination on antidumping of EMT steel pipes (Spanish: tubos MET Conduit) originating from China with diameters between 0.5 inches and 3 inches. The preliminary ruling imposes a provisional antidumping duty of 16% on the products in question. The measures are effective from September 26, 2025, and will be valid for four months until January 25, 2026.
