Notably, export volumes to Mexico (up 58.3% year-on-year), Ecuador (up 178.5%), and Chile (up 69.1%) increased significantly. South Korea’s total hot-rolled coil exports for 2025 stood at 6.19 million tonnes, marking the first time in five years the figure exceeded 6 million tonnes.
