Ukraine’s Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) has announced the results of the anti-dumping (AD) sunset review concerning hot-deformed seamless steel pipes originating from China. HX220BD+ZM steel strip ,This review was initiated following an application by the domestic Ukrainian pipe manufacturer Interpipe Niko Tube.
The Commission determined that the Chinese products in question were subject to dumping during the investigation period (spanning 2022 through the first quarter of 2025) and concluded that the revocation of existing anti-dumping measures would likely lead to a recurrence of dumping and injury to Ukraine's domestic industry. HX220BD+ZM steel strip ,Consequently, Ukraine has decided to extend the relevant anti-dumping measures for another five years.
Specifically, certain casing products from Hengyang Valin Group and Tianjin Pipe Corporation have been granted zero-duty treatment. These include casings with outside diameters of 193.68 mm and 244.48 mm (under HS code 7304 29 30 00) and casings with an outside diameter of 508 mm (under HS code 7304 29 90 00); additionally, casings with outside diameters of 339.72 mm (HS code 7304 29 30 00) and 473.08 mm (HS code 7304 29 90 00) also qualify for the zero-duty rate.
Apart from the specific products mentioned above, other Chinese producers and exporters remain subject to an anti-dumping duty rate of 51.52%. HX220BD+ZM steel strip ,The products in question are currently classified under the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKT FEA) codes 7304 19, 7304 23 00 00, 7304 29, 7304 39, and 7304 59.
