On April 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam 34Cr4 steel signed Announcement No. 1207/QD-BCT, deciding to modify the preliminary anti-dumping determination of ordinary carbon 34Cr4 steel and alloy steel coated coils originating from China and South Korea as determined in Announcement No. 914/QD-BCT on April 1, 2025. The revised preliminary determination is detailed in the attached table and will take effect from the date of signing the announcement.
On June 14, 2024, Vietnam initiated an anti-dumping investigation into carbon and alloy steel coated coils originating from China and South Korea. On April 1, 2025, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Announcement No. 914/QD-BCT, making preliminary anti-dumping rulings on products originating from China and South Korea 34Cr4 steel.
