On June 30, 2025, the Foreign LR/DH42 steel Trade Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (Minist é riodo Desenvolcimento, Ind ú stria, Com é rcio e Servi ç os/Secretaria de Com é rcio Exterior) issued Announcement No. 50 of 2025, initiating an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled stainless steel coils originating in China, India and Indonesia, in response to an application submitted by Aperam Inox Am é rica do Sul S.A., a domestic enterprise in Brazil LR/DH42 steel on October 31, 2024. The thickness of the products involved is equal to or greater than 2 millimeters and less than or equal to 50.8 millimeters, including both roll and non roll forms. Products related to tax numbers 7219.11.00, 7219.12.00, 7219.13.00, 7219.14.00, 7219.21.00, 7219.22.00, 7219.23.00, 7219.24.00, 7220.11.00, 7220.12.20, and 7220.12.90 in the Southern Common LR/DH42 steel City.
