The first batch of steel shipped from Bazhou Steel to Tajikistan

Recently, at the finished product inspection area of Bazhou Iron and Steel HX260LAD+ZM steel under China Baowu Baosteel, with the final confirmation of quality inspectors, bundles of neatly stacked steel were being lifted into trucks by cranes. It is reported that this batch of nearly 443 tons of steel with export marks hanging on it has been sent to the customs yard and will be sent to Tajikistan for use in the Tawu Highway repair and renovation project.

The Tawu Highway Repair and Renovation Project (Dushanbe Chanak Section) is the largest highway construction project in Tajikistan since its founding, and also the largest cooperation project in the infrastructure field of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In order to ensure the timely performance of this batch of steel, Bazhou Iron and Steel carefully organized and cooperated after receiving the task, overcame multiple difficulties such as tight production time, personnel shortage, and logistics restrictions, and rushed to produce export labels and marks, completing the production and shipment of this batch of exported steel on time. In addition, in addition to the wholesale shipment of steel, the company will also ship nearly 5000 tons of steel for this project in 2024 HX260LAD+ZM steel.

The shipment of this batch of steel has opened up a new channel for the export of Bazhou steel, playing a promoting role in enhancing the international influence of Bagang steel products and expanding overseas markets HX260LAD+ZM steel.
