According to official LR/FH55 steel information from the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (BCT), the final conclusion regarding the anti-dumping investigation (case number AD20) on hot-rolled steel coils (HRC) from China and India is as follows:
India: No anti-dumping duties imposed
China: Imposing anti-dumping duties with tax rates ranging from 23.01% to 27.83%
Applicable period: 5 years from July 6, 2025
Scope of application: Hot rolled LR/FH55 steel coils (HRC) with a thickness of 1.2 to 25.4 millimeters, a width not exceeding 1880 millimeters, and a carbon content (by weight) not exceeding 0.3%
